The first officers of the association were President George Dimitroff, Chief of Bethlehem Steel FD; Vice President, William Casbon, Chief of Porter Township FD; Secretary, Gary Peterson, Washington Township FD; Treasurer John Miller, Chief of Liberty Township FD; Public Relation Bob Esserman of Liberty FD PCFA elects officials on a yearly basis.  The meetings now travel through out the county visiting the 28 organizations belonging to PCFA. The goal of PCFA is to foster better relations and mutual aid among the organizations that serve Porter County.
